Full time programs

At 4Slam Tennis, we offer a range of programs designed to suit different timeframes and player needs, while always maintaining the same foundation of quality and commitment.

Annual program

High-Performance All Year

Our flagship program is the Annual Program, designed for players who want to fully immerse themselves in a professional training environment. This program emphasizes the importance of long-term commitment, where daily effort and consistency build a strong foundation for lasting improvements. By staying the course over an extended period, players can solidify technical, physical, and mental progress while steadily moving closer to their goals.

Schedule: 3 hours of tennis and 2.5 hours of physical training, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, players train 1.5 hours of tennis.

• Reports: Comprehensive quarterly performance reports with detailed analysis of progress and areas for improvement.
• Communication: Constant communication with both the player and their parents, ensuring that objectives are aligned and development is closely monitored.
• Support: Guidance from a small team of coaches for each player, complemented by specialists to provide variety and expertise.

At our Academy, we offer flexible training options so you can choose the duration that best fits your goals. Each program follows the same high performance philosophy of our Annual Full-Time Program, but tailored to the time you decide to invest.

Created for players who want an experience closely aligned with the Annual Full-Time Program, but in a shorter timeframe.

3h tennis + 2.5h fitness (Mon–Fri) 1.5h tennis (Sat)

  • Six months of consistent work ensures strong development in all areas: technical, tactical, physical, and mental.
  • Ongoing communication with players and families.
  • Includes quarterly training reports.
  • Best suited for players preparing for higher-level competition or considering a transition to the full annual program.

The ideal choice for players seeking a meaningful transformation in their game.

3h tennis + 2.5h fitness (Mon–Fri) 1.5h tennis (Sat)

  • Three months allow the establishment of solid training habits, improved consistency, and visible performance gains.
  • Families receive continuous communication from our coaching team.
  • Includes a detailed training report at the end of the program.
  • Recommended for players committed to growing and competing with more confidence.

Designed for those who want to go beyond a trial and start seeing real changes in their performance.

  • Recommended for players beginning a continuous improvement process with short-term goals.

Perfect for players who want to immerse themselves in professional training for a short period or need specific preparation before a tournament.

  • Ideal for players traveling, on sports holidays, or looking for a quick “booster” in their game.
  • High-intensity sessions with a complete balance of tennis and fitness training.
  • Includes a final training report.
Other Program Options  

Pre-competition & Initiation program

We also offer a Pre-Competition Program, specifically designed for younger players who want to increase their training volume and start building a competitive mindset.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (2 hours of tennis and 1 hour of fitness training).

  • Develops solid tennis fundamentals and physical conditioning.
  • Introduces the structure and discipline of performance training.
  • Serves as a bridge to more advanced competition programs.

Additionally, for our youngest athletes, we have an Initiation Program — the perfect first step into the world of tennis.

  • Focuses on coordination, movement, and basic technique.
  • Encourages fun and motivation on court.
  • Builds the foundations for future development in a positive environment.
